Website Check

As soon as you’ve signed up and sent us your login details, we’ll log into your website to make sure that it’s eligible for a standard WordPress maintenance package.    Most websites are, but some sites with complex plugins like Ecommerce and Community tools, or sites that have the WordPress core modified, may be ineligible.  If this happens, we’ll refund your payment and get in touch to discuss other options.

Securing Your Site

We’ll upload premium, professional security tools and secure your site to make it difficult for attackers to get in and bring your site down.

Ongoing Security Monitoring

We use professional WordPress Security tools to continually scan your site for malware and viruses. Should your site be hacked – a rare occurrence – we can clean it up and have you back online in no time.

Off-Site Backups

Your website is important.  That’s why we back it up daily (database), weekly (whole site) and monthly (whole site) to secure remote, encrypted servers. If we need to recover your site, we can do it quickly!

WordPress Updates

We’ll upgrade your WordPress version as soon as it comes out, so that your site is always up-to-date and running the most stable, secure version available.

WordPress Plugin Updates

Website Recoveries

If you’ve signed up for our annual service, we’ll recover your site as many times as needed at no charge to you.

You look at your website and decide something needs to be changed.  It may be as simple as a misstated paragraph, or a new selector item that links somewhere else.  Rather than worry about the cost to make the simple change, just talk with us about it, and we’ll take care of it, quickly and efficiently.  As long as it takes only a few minutes, you’ll never get charged extra for these small “tweaks”.
