- worked with a local design firm to help design a completely new website look and feel
- created all the content on the new site, and implemented it using a content management system
- created a secure log-in area for borrowers and employees
- created a web loan application process to submit loans and get loan approval results
- created a complete case tracking system for loan applications submitted on the website
- created a complete loan payment process on the website that includes monthly borrower reminder emails that substantially reduced late payments
- created a complete online statistics process that is used to manage all website processes
- search engine optimized the entire website for Google Search
